APMP Best Practice Techniques
20th October 2015 | 9:30 - 12:30pm | Heathrow, London
Four half day Best Practice Techniques workshops are being run on Tuesday 20th October, the preceding day to the main Conference. The workshops are designed to offer formal training which meet the requirements of some of the competencies required to pass the Practitioner certification. This is not the only reason to attend, as the courses are worthwhile learning events in themselves, whether you are considering certification or not.
All workshops include lunch that will be served at 12.30
Capture Plan Development is the process of managing and engaging in the pre-competition phase in an organised way that is designed to increase win potential. When carried out effectively Winning Price development is carried out first during the pre-competition phase and then re-visited. Whether or not your organisation does Capture Planning, there are some key principles that should be applied to develop a winning price that is most likely to be acceptable to the customer. This workshop will consider how to apply your existing skills and knowledge in these competencies to engage and manage the process to identify, articulate, and implement winning strategies that are designed to capture a specific business opportunity.
If you are struggling to complete these competencies in your PPAQ, this is a must attend workshop.
Each session will provide competency training that has been specifically designed to meet the standards required by APMP for Practitioner Certification. In addition to the 10 CEU credits you will receive for attending the 2 day conference (optional) each of these training modules will earn you 3 CEU credits.
